Abilities: Jeremy's own actions generate no personal karma, but significantly impact on the karma of all those around him.

Background:

Jeremy went missing at age five during a temporal quake (see Report #19: Timequakes). He did not reappear on Dept. 38's records until several years later, when it was discovered that he was living on the streets of Genoa City.

He worked as a petty thief to earn a living, before his unusual knack for thievery came to the attention of notorious Genoa City crimelord, Saul DuPont (deceased).

While in the service of DuPont, Jeremy was tasked with stealing several valuable objects from around Genoa City, culminating in the robbery of one half of a set of antique maraccas created for use in a powerful vodoo ritual (see Report #81: Kalfou's Gift).

Jeremy was intercepted by Marcus Tel-Ur before he could return the artifact to DuPont and taken to Westcrest headquarters (see Report #21: The Invisible Island) where he was assimilated as one of the group's members.

Chatravati has refused repeated requests from Eastcrest to test the true extent of Jeremy's reality-altering abilities. Mayad maintains his belief that Jeremy is the "missing" component of the allegedly unfinished incantation used to banish Nergal in 780DW.
