Abilities: Extensive Off-World Military Experience. Background indicates limited psychic abilities related to the use of Bhairon-class weapon Psyblade (lost).

Background:

Marcus Tel-Ur is a cloned soldier and former member of the Interstellar Space Force (ISF), established by Future Humans (see Report #3: Early Interactions with Future Humans) in an attempt to subjugate useable portions of habitable space.

Dept. 38 has little information about Marcus Tel-Ur’s specific roles within the ISF, but he is known to have been stationed on the world Shara’Ma in an attempt to resolve conflicts between the Violet Empire and the Draug (see Report #15: The Violet Empire and Report #41: Salvaged Excerpts of Walking With Draug).

While stationed on the alien world, Marcus Tel-Ur served in the Violet Guard (see Report #98: Further Studies of Shara’Ma Military Technology) under the Empress Liah’Na. During this time he is believed to have obtained a Bhairon-class weapon (see Report #31: Psyblade), the location of which is currently unknown.

It is during the Exodus of Shara’Ma (see Report #50: The Exodus of Shara’Ma) that Marcus Tel-Ur, along with the Empress Liah’Na escaped the dying planet. They arrived at Earth in approximately 771DW.

Liah’Na and Marcus Tel-Ur became involved in hostilities against the Demon Lord Nergal (see Report #4: On the Origins of Demon Lords). During one battle the Empress fell and Marcus later escaped in the Rapture of 780DW to Earth, 1983.

Marcus Tel-Ur is currently under the mentorship of Chatravati Mayad, as it is believed his off-world military experience could prove invaluable in the event of a 441 (see Report #79: 441 Contingencies).
